PRIVACY ACT

Regulations Amending the Privacy Regulations

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to paragraph 77(1)(d) of the Privacy Act (see footnote a), hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Privacy Regulations.

REGULATIONS AMENDING THE PRIVACY REGULATIONS

AMENDMENTS

1. Schedule II to the Privacy Regulations (see footnote 1) is amended by adding the following after item 9.2:

9.3 Inland Enforcement Division, Canada Border Services Agency

2. Item 10 of Schedule II to the Regulations is replaced by the following:

10. Intelligence and Targeting Operations Directorate, Canada Border Services Agency

3. Item 15.1 of Schedule II to the Regulations is replaced by the following:

15.1 Criminal Investigations Division, Canada Border Services Agency

4. Item 1.1 of Schedule II to the Regulations is repealed.

5. Item 4 of Schedule III to the Regulations is replaced by the following:

4. Intelligence and Targeting Operations Directorate, Canada Border Services Agency

COMING INTO FORCE

6. These Regulations come into force on the day on which they are registered.
