PUBLIC SERVICE LABOUR RELATIONS ACT
Order Designating the President of the Treasury Board as the Minister for the Purposes of Section 252 of the Act

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 252 of the Public Service Labour Relations Act (see footnote a), hereby
(a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2005-379 of March 22, 2005; and
(b) designates the President of the Treasury Board as the minister for the purposes of section 252 of that Act.
