United Nations African Union Hybrid Mission in
Darfur (UNAMID) Medal Order

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, hereby

(a) authorizes Canadians to accept and wear the United Nations African Union Hybrid Mission in Darfur (UNAMID) Medal in recognition of at least 90 days continuous honourable service with that peacekeeping mission commencing on or after July 31, 2007; and

(b) directs that the Medal follow the United Nations Integrated Mission in Timor-Leste (UNMIT) Medal in the order of precedence in the Canadian Honours System.
