Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) (see footnote a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act (see footnote b), hereby amends Order in Council P.C. 2006-37 of February 6, 2006 by striking the words “to be styled Minister of Human Resources and Social Development” and the words “to be styled Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Social Development” wherever they occur, effective October 30, 2008.
