Under section 9 of the said Act, Ultramar Ltd. has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Lotbinière, at Sainte-Croix, Quebec, under deposit No. 17 198 436, a description of the site and plans for the proposed installation of a pipeline and a temporary road with culvert across the Du Chêne River, at Dosquet, extending from one bank of the river to the other, and bound at the north and at the south by Lot 4 108 621 of the cadastre of Quebec, Land Registry District of Lotbinière.
Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Superintendent, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, 901 Du Cap-Diamant Street, Suite 310, Québec, Quebec G1K 4K1. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of this notice.
