ASSUMPTION REINSURANCE AGREEMENT

Notice is hereby given that the Canadian Branch of Centennial Insurance Company intends to apply to the Superintendent of Financial Institutions on or after June 14, 2010, for approval to cause itself to be reinsured, on an assumption reinsurance basis, against all of the risks undertaken by it in respect of its policies in Canada, by Omega General Insurance Company pursuant to section 587.1 of the Insurance Companies Act (Canada).

This work also includes the installation of a new light beacon, navigation light, front marker buoy and rear marker buoy in, on, over, under, through or across Placentia Bay, at Long Harbour, on the south side adjacent to Rattling Brook Cove.
