Aurèle Plourde hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities under the Navigable Waters Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under section 9 of the said Act, Aurèle Plourde has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Northumberland, at Miramichi, New Brunswick, under deposit No. 28635077, a description of the site and plans of aquaculture site MS-0748 for the suspended culture of oysters in Tabusintac Bay, at Tabusintac.

Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Manager, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, P.O. Box 1013, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia B2Y 4K2. ASSUMPTION REINSURANCE AGREEMENT

Notice is hereby given that the Canadian Branch of Centennial Insurance Company intends to apply to the Superintendent of Financial Institutions on or after June 14, 2010, for approval to cause itself to be reinsured, on an assumption reinsurance basis, against all of the risks undertaken by it in respect of its policies in Canada, by Omega General Insurance Company pursuant to section 587.1 of the Insurance Companies Act (Canada).

A copy of the proposed Assumption Reinsurance Agreement is available to policyholders at the Canadian head office of Centennial Insurance Company, located at 36 King Street E, Suite 500, Toronto, Ontario M5C 1E5 during regular business hours for a 30-day period after the date of publication of this notice.

Under section 9 of the said Act, Vale Inco Newfoundland and Labrador Limited has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the town office of the provincial electoral district of Placentia–St. Mary’s, at Long Harbour-Mount Arlington Heights, Newfoundland and Labrador, under deposit No. 8200-09-1030, a description of the site and plans of port facilities upgrade, including extension of the existing wharf at Long Harbour, Newfoundland and Labrador, dredging of approximately 32 000 m3 adjacent to the wharf and installation of shoreline protection and scour protection along the north and south shorelines and the north face of the wharf. This work also includes the installation of a new light beacon, navigation light, front marker buoy and rear marker buoy in, on, over, under, through or across Placentia Bay, at Long Harbour, on the south side adjacent to Rattling Brook Cove.
