Deregistration of registered electoral district associations

As a result of the failure to comply with the obligations of sections 403.35 and 403.21(1) of the Canada Elections Act, the following associations are deregistered, pursuant to sections 403.19 and 403.21(4) of the Act, effective May 31, 2010:

Association du Parti conservateur Alfred-Pellan
Charlottetown Federal Green Party Association
Chatham—Kent Essex Green Party
Don Valley East GPC EDA
Esquimalt—Juan de Fuca Green Party of Canada
St. Catharines Federal Green Party of Canada Association
Timmins—James Bay Federal Liberal Association
Vegreville—Wainwright Federal Liberal Association

Also, as a result of the failure to comply with the obligations of sections 403.17, 403.35 and 403.21(1) of the Canada Elections Act, the following associations are deregistered, pursuant to sections 403.18, 403.19 and 403.21(4) of the Act, effective May 31, 2010:
