ASSUMPTION REINSURANCE AGREEMENT
Notice is hereby given that the Canadian Branch of Aviation & General Insurance Company Limited intends to apply to the Superintendent of Financial Institutions on or after April 9, 2010, for approval to cause itself to be reinsured, on an assumption reinsurance basis against all of the risks undertaken by it in respect of its policies in Canada, by Global Reinsurance Company pursuant to section 587.1 of the Insurance Companies Act (Canada).
The transfer and assumption agreement will be available to policyholders during regular business hours at the offices of the Chief Agent of Aviation & General Insurance Company Limited, 3650 Victoria Park Avenue, Suite 201, Toronto, Ontario M2H 3P7, from March 8, 2010, to April 8, 2010.
