Under section 9 of the said Act, the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, Small Craft Harbours Branch, has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the Plate Cove West post office, at Plate Cove West, Newfoundland and Labrador, in the federal electoral district of Bonavista—Gander—Grand Falls—Windsor, under deposit No. 8200-10-1002, a description of the site and plans for the proposed breakwater construction at Plate Cove West, Plate Cove, Newfoundland and Labrador, at coordinates 48°30′03″ N and 53°30′19″ W.

Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navi-gation may be directed to the Superintendent, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, P.O. Box 1300, St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador A1C 6H8. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of this notice. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.
