Regulations Repealing the British Columbia Interior Vegetable Marketing Board (Interprovincial and Export) Regulations

The British Columbia Vegetable Marketing Commission, pursuant to section 3 of the British Columbia Vegetable Order (see footnote a), hereby makes the annexed Regulations Repealing the British Columbia Interior Vegetable Marketing Board (Interprovincial and Export) Regulations.

REGULATIONS REPEALING THE BRITISH COLUMBIA INTERIOR VEGETABLE MARKETING BOARD (INTERPROVINCIAL AND EXPORT) REGULATIONS

1. The British Columbia Interior Vegetable Marketing Board (Interprovincial and Export) Regulations (see footnote 1) are repealed.

2. These Regulations come into force on the day on which they are registered.
