Regulations Amending the Motor Carrier Safety Fitness Certificate Regulations (Miscellaneous Program)

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities, pursuant to section 16.1 (see footnote a) of the Motor Vehicle Transport Act (see footnote b), hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Motor Carrier Safety Fitness Certificate Regulations (Miscellaneous Program).

REGULATIONS AMENDING THE MOTOR CARRIER SAFETY FITNESS CERTIFICATE REGULATIONS (MISCELLANEOUS PROGRAM)

AMENDMENT

1. The definition "safety fitness certificate" in section 1 of the Motor Carrier Safety Fitness Certificate Regulations (see footnote 1) is replaced by the following:

"safety fitness certificate" means a safety fitness certificate issued under section 8 of the Act. (certificat d'aptitude à la sécurité)

COMING INTO FORCE

2. These Regulations come into force on the day on which they are registered.
