Order Amending the Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act Deputy Heads of the Public Service of Canada Order

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness and the President of the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 29(e) (see footnote a) of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act, hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act Deputy Heads of the Public Service of Canada Order.

ORDER AMENDING THE CANADIAN SECURITY INTELLIGENCE SERVICE ACT DEPUTY HEADS OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE OF CANADA ORDER

1. Item 2 of the schedule to the Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act Deputy Heads of the Public Service of Canada Order (see footnote 1) is repealed.

2. The schedule to the Order is amended by adding the following in numerical order:
