Order Terminating the Assignment of the Honourable Jacques Saada

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 11 (see footnote a) of the Ministries and Ministers of State Act, hereby terminates the assignment of the Honourable Jacques Saada, made by Order in Council P.C. 2004-843 of July 20, 2004 (see footnote b), effective October 5, 2005.
