Order Terminating the Assignment of the Honourable Joe Comuzzi and Assigning the Honourable Andrew Mitchell to Assist the Minister of Industry

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 11 (see footnote a) of the Ministries and Ministers of State Act, hereby

(a) terminates the assignment of the Honourable Joe Comuzzi, made by Order in Council P.C. 2003-2023 of December 12, 2003 (see footnote b); and

(b) assigns the Honourable Andrew Mitchell, a Minister of State to be styled Minister of State (Federal Economic Development Initiative for Northern Ontario), to assist the Minister of Industry in the carrying out of that Minister's responsibilities.
