Order Designating the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development as Minister Responsible for Matters Relating to the Activities of the Federal Government with Respect to the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Initiative

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, hereby

(a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2003-1769 of November 5, 2003 (see footnote a); and

(b) designates the Minister of State styled Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development as the Minister responsible for matters relating to the activities of the federal government with respect to the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Initiative, which designation includes the power to enter into transfer payment agreements and contracts for the acquisition of services.
