FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACT
Order Amending Certain Remission Orders made under the Financial Administration Act (2000-2)

Whereas the Governor in Council considers that it is in the public interest to amend certain remission orders made under the Financial Administration Act;
Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 23(2) (see footnote a) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby makes the annexed Order Amending Certain Remission Orders made under the Financial Administration Act (2000-2).
ORDER AMENDING CERTAIN REMISSION ORDERS MADE UNDER THE FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACT (2000-2)
TRUCK EQUIPMENT REMISSION ORDER
1. (1) Subsection 3(1) of the Truck Equipment Remission Order (see footnote 1) is amended by adding the word "and" at the end of paragraph (c) and by repealing paragraphs (d) (see footnote 2) and (e) (see footnote 3).
(2) Subsection 3(2) of the Order is repealed.
2. Section 4 (see footnote 4) of the Order is repealed.
UNIVERSAL EQUIPMENT REMISSION ORDER
3. (1) Subsection 3(1) of the Universal Equipment Remission Order (see footnote 5) is amended by adding the word "and" at the end of paragraph (c) and by repealing paragraphs (d) (see footnote 6) and (e) (see footnote 7).
(2) Subsection 3(2) of the Order is repealed.
4. Section 4 (see footnote 8) of the Order is repealed.
TEAL MANUFACTURING REMISSION ORDER
5. (1) Subsection 3(1) of the Teal Manufacturing Remission Order (see footnote 9) is amended by adding the word "and" at the end of paragraph (c) and by repealing paragraphs (d) (see footnote 10) and (e) (see footnote 11).
(2) Subsection 3(2) of the Order is repealed.
6. Section 4 (see footnote 12) of the Order is repealed.
TOR TRUCK REMISSION ORDER
7. (1) Subsection 3(1) of the Tor Truck Remission Order (see footnote 13) is amended by adding the word "and" at the end of paragraph (c) (see footnote 14) and by repealing paragraphs (d) (see footnote 15) and (e) (see footnote 16).
(2) Subsection 3(2) (see footnote 17) of the Order is repealed.

ONTARIO BUS INDUSTRIES REMISSION ORDER
9. (1) Subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Bus Industries Remission Order (see footnote 19) is amended by adding the word "and" at the end of paragraph (c) (see footnote 20) and by repealing paragraphs (e) (see footnote 21) and (f) (see footnote 22).
(2) Subsection 3(2) of the Order is repealed.

WELLES CORPORATION LIMITED REMISSION ORDER
11. (1) Subsection 3(1) of the Welles Corporation Limited Remission Order (see footnote 24) is amended by adding the word "and" at the end of paragraph (c) and by repealing paragraphs (d) (see footnote 25) and (e) (see footnote 26).
(2) Subsection 3(2) of the Order is repealed.
12. The heading before section 4 and sections 4 (see footnote 27) and 5 (see footnote 28) of the Order are repealed.
