Order Amending Schedule I to the Public Service Superannuation Act (Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada)

The Treasury Board, on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 42(3) (see footnote a) of the Public Service Superannuation Act and paragraph 7(2)(a) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby makes the annexed Order Amending Schedule I to the Public Service Superannuation Act (Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada).

ORDER AMENDING SCHEDULE I TO THE PUBLIC SERVICE SUPERANNUATION ACT (FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS AND REPORTS ANALYSIS CENTRE OF CANADA)

AMENDMENT

1. Part I of Schedule I to the Public Service Superannuation Act is amended by adding the following in alphabetical order:

Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada
Centre d'analyse des opérations et déclarations financières du Canada

COMING INTO FORCE

2. This Order comes into force on July 5, 2000.
