Order Fixing March 31, 2000 as the Date of the Coming into Force of Part 4 and of Certain Subsections of the Act

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to subsection 168(2) of the Mackenzie Valley Resource Management Act, assented to on June 18, 1998, being chapter 25 of the Statutes of Canada, 1998, hereby fixes March 31, 2000 as the day on which Part 4 and subsections 160(2), 165(2) and 167(2) of that Act come into force.

This Order fixes March 31, 2000 as the day on which Part 4 and subsections 160(2), 165(2) and 167(2) of the Mackenzie Valley Resource Management Act come into force.
