Under section 9 of the said Act, the Ville de Saint-Timothée has deposited with the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Beauharnois, at Beauharnois, Quebec, under deposit number 276940, a description of the site and plans of a proposed pedestrian bridge crossing the Saint-Charles River, from the retaining wall near the church parking to Nuns' Island (in front), at Saint-Timothée.
Written objections based on the effect of the work on marine navigation should be directed, not later than one month from the date of publication of this notice, to the Superintendent, Navigable Waters Protection Division, Canadian Coast Guard, Department of Fisheries and Oceans, 101 Champlain Boulevard, Québec, Quebec G1K 7Y7.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of section 651 of the Insurance Companies Act, that Winterthur Life Insurance Company, having ceased to carry on business in Canada, intends to make an application to the Superintendent of Financial Institutions for the release of its assets in Canada.
