BOY SCOUTS OF CANADA
Notice is hereby given that the Boy Scouts of Canada, a body incorporated by chapter 130 of the Statutes of Canada, 1914, will apply to the Parliament of Canada, at the present session or at either of the two sessions immediately following the present session, for a private Act to amend its Act of incorporation in order to consolidate the statues governing it, to change its name to "Scouts Canada" and to make such other technical and incidental changes to the Act as may be appropriate.

This day at 4:30 p.m., the Honourable Jack Major, in his capacity as Deputy of Her Excellency the Governor General, proceeded to the Chamber of the Senate, in the Parliament Buildings, and took his seat at the foot of the Throne. The Members of the Senate being assembled, the Deputy of Her Excellency the Governor General was pleased to command the attendance of the House of Commons, and that House being present, the following Bills were assented to in Her Majesty's name by the Deputy of Her Excellency the Governor General:
