The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) has received a complaint (File No. PR-98-027) from Service Star Building Cleaning Inc. (the complainant), of Ottawa, Ontario, concerning a procurement by the Department of Public Works and Government Services (the Department) for the Department of National Defence (Solicitation No. BOR W113-8-A115/000/A). The solicitation is for janitorial cleaning services at CFB Borden. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Tribunal has decided to conduct an inquiry into this complaint.

It is alleged that the Department has improperly found the complainant's proposal to be non-compliant with certain mandatory requirements.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) has received a complaint (File No. PR-98-028) from Spacesaver Corporation (the complainant), of Kitchener, Ontario, concerning a procurement by the Department of Public Works and Government Services (the Department) for the Department of Transport (Solicitation No. T6004-8-0025/A). The solicitation is for the supply and installation of a mobile shelving system in Edmonton, Alberta. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Tribunal has decided to conduct an inquiry into this complaint.
